Short version: we collect as little as we can, use it only to run the shop and answer you, and never sell it.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address, and which page you signed up from.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send.
  • Orders (once the shop opens): the name, shipping address, email and payment details needed to fulfill your order. Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we don't store card numbers.
  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to you, to tell waitlist subscribers when products are available, and to fulfill and support orders. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site and shop (for example hosting, email delivery, checkout and shipping), and only as needed for them to do that work. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@stealwool.com.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
