Plain-English shipping terms. We're not taking orders yet; this page will be finalized before the first drop.
Where we ship
At launch we plan to ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US, write to us and we'll let you know if that changes.
Handling time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and the destination.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@stealwool.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
