If something isn't right, we want to hear about it. We're not taking orders yet; this page will be finalized before the first drop.
Return window
You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email hello@stealwool.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know and we'll do our best to swap it while stock lasts.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
